Refund Policy

General Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to Summit Property Solutions. Refund requests are reviewed individually based on project scope, work completed, and circumstances surrounding the request.
Estimates
Free estimates and consultations generally do not qualify for refunds.
Deposits
Deposits may be required for certain projects. Deposits are typically used to secure scheduling, purchase materials, and reserve labor resources.
Completed Services
Refunds are generally not available for services that have been completed and approved by the customer.
Service Concerns
Customers who are dissatisfied with completed work should contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to inspect and address legitimate workmanship concerns.
Canceled Appointments
Customers may cancel appointments prior to scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to administrative or scheduling fees.
Material Costs
Special-order materials, custom products, and non-returnable items may not be refundable.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued when appropriate and at management discretion.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds may require 5–10 business days for processing depending on payment method.
